Real Wood Kitchens
Solid timber, natural grain and craftsmanship you can feel. A real wood kitchen improves with age.
Designed, made and fitted for homes across Portsmouth and Hampshire.
Who we are
Makers of real wood kitchens
We are cabinet makers first. Working with real wood is at the core of what we do. We select boards for grain and colour, then build kitchens designed to last for decades.
What we do
What goes into our real wood kitchens
Hand-selected timber
We choose oak, walnut, ash and other hardwoods. Grain is matched across doors and drawers.
Traditional joinery
Dovetails and solid frames give strength. Your cabinets stay square for years.
Oiled or painted
Show off the grain with oil or lacquer. Or paint the doors and keep timber inside.

We plan door layouts so the grain flows. It is a small detail with big impact.
03. Workshop craftsmanship
Every piece is cut, jointed and finished by hand in our workshop.
04. Fitted and cared for
We install your kitchen and explain how to maintain the finish.
Your questions
Real Wood kitchen FAQs
Solid timber is strong and repairable. Scratches can be sanded and refinished, unlike most foils.
Oak is the most popular for durability. Walnut gives a richer, darker look.
Oil them a few times a year and wipe spills quickly. We give you full care guidance.
